The St. Clare's

E-Books > Enid Blyton Series > The St. Clare's

St. Clare's is a series of six books written by British children's author boarding school of that name. The series follows the heroines Patricia ("Pat") and Isabel O'Sullivan from their first year at St. Clare's on. Other characters include Alison O'Sullivan (the twins' cousin), Hilary Wentworth, Carlotta Brown (an ex-circus girl), and Bobby Ellis.
In the first book, The Twins at St. Clare's, the twins Pat and Isabel do not want to go to St. Clare's. Their parents decide to send them there, anyway, saying that they were spoiled at their fancy prep school Redroofs. At their new school, the twins earn the nickname "the stuck-up twins", and are initially quite unpopular. However, through their basic kindness and fairness, they gain the affections of the other girls, and eventually settle down. They meet Janet, who loves tricks, Hilary, who is head of the form, Alison, their feather headed cousin, and many more people. The characters tend to be stereotypes and are very similar to the set of characters in the Malory Towers series which Blyton also wrote.

I too encountered a problem logging in, but i solved mine accidently, and i can't remember how i done it... Sorry i can't be of help in this way, but what i can do is if you email me with the subject as the title of the book you want, with author if possible, i can send you that book. So long as that book is on this site and is available for download, i can do this. If the book is not available here, i cannot help. I check my email everyday (Mostly) so you should receive the book or a reply saying it is unavailable from me either that day or the next day. My email is Romanith@ Hotmail Co Uk

Wonderful service being provided to revisit old favorites. It is however noted that there are many spelling errors. Is there any way the readers can help you to improve the quality.

thank you

I can't Download
Posted By ash1969 [Registered User] on Wed, 08 Dec 2010 16:09:33 +0530

When you can read the books, all you have to do is copy the whole text into a notepad. Once copied, you can re-copy the whole text from the Notepad and paste it into MSWORD. It is easier that way. Hope this helps.
