Your posting of the Infringing Products constitutes copyright infringement =
under applicable U.S. copyright law and counterpart laws around the world .=
We therefore demand that you immediately remove the Infringing Products fr=
om your website and any other website you own or operate and provide this o=
ffice with a written undertaking that you will refrain from these actions i=
n the future.
We trust that you understand the concerns of Simon & Schuster and expect yo=
u to provide written confirmation of your compliance with our demands withi=
n five (5) days of receipt of this letter. Should you need any additional i=
nformation, please use the contact information provided below. Should you f=
ail to respond to Simon & Schuster's claims, we will recommend our client p=
ursue further action for damages based on your infringing actions. We trust=
that you understand Simon & Schuster's concerns and no such action will be=
necessary.
