The local animal shelter burns down, and if it doesn't find the money to rebuild, Rackham Industries will buy the land and build another warehouse. Although the police and fire brigade agree it was just a case of faulty wiring, Nancy is sure the fire was arson. But can she prove it in time to save the shelter?
